Basic principle of reaction torque sensor:

Using strain gauge electrical measurement technology, a strain bridge is formed on the elastic shaft. The electrical signal of the elastic shaft being twisted can be measured by supplying power to the strain bridge.

After the strain signal is amplified, it is converted into a frequency signal proportional to the torsional strain after pressure/frequency conversion.
Or directly output standard 4~20mA current signal and 1~5V voltage signal.

The reaction torque sensor is generally used to test the occasions where the torque changes slowly. The sampling speed is generally lower than 50 times per second. Such as testing the manual torque wrench, the static load torque of the transmission, etc.

The application range of static torque sensor is mainly used in test systems such as experimental machines and static torque detection.

Static torque does not involve acceleration. For example, the torque of the clock spring used to move the second hand is static torque. If the car is traveling at a steady speed, it will develop a rotational static torque because it only rotates, but not acceleration.
